We provide Medical Nutrition Therapy visits for Oregon Blue Cross Blue Shield/Regence insurance carriers.

 

We are happy to verify your coverage before the initial visit, but please contact your insurance for more information on the number of MNT visits allowed (insurance CPT codes 97802 and 97803). Additionally, it can be helpful to have your provider fax over a referral, since this can help increase allowable visits and help with coordinated care.
