Eating is both a simple foundation of life and one of the most dynamic: connecting our lives with others, our cultures, our own bodies and minds, and to the physical world we live in. It's a relationship to savor, explore & grow.

I came to nutrition as a field of study amid autoimmune and digestive challenges in my early adulthood. In my personal journey, I only began to experience relief when addressing what and how I ate and found the providers that would not only be able to help me with more individualized approaches but could also teach me.

As a coordinated care provider, I am privileged to now be in a role to support others in their own health journeys. We will address symptoms and root causes, and establish practical solutions while bringing more joy back to eating and balance to your health.

I am a lifelong learner, a former filmmaker & food enthusiast.
