My journey into nutrition began in my mid-twenties after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that conventional medicine was not equipped to acknowledge or support (and of course, there were gut issues!). Through lifestyle and functional medicine and nutrition support, I found not only answers but a deep passion for diverse healing modalities and life-long learning.
I am committed to helping others feel seen, supported, and resourced, and love working with individuals who are ready to move beyond the limits of standard care and into personalized, evidence-based solutions that address upstream contributors to health issues.
When not working in patient care I am finishing a Masters in Public Health from the University of California at Berkeley. I immensely enjoy the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, recipe crafting with botanicals, learning to surf, movies, and spending time with friends.
